Product Features High Purity & Low Oxidation Made from high‑quality pure tin alloy with added flux. High‑purity material reduces oxidation during soldering, improves tin flow speed, and leaves minimal residue. Stable & Reliable Performance Each roll comes with sufficient quantity, no wire tangling, and evenly distributed internal rosin core for consistent welding. Features excellent ductility, melting performance, electrical conductivity, and thermal conductivity. Eco‑friendly & Low Smoke Made with environmentally friendly materials, no irritating odors, low splashing and low smoke during use, safe and comfortable for operation. Wide Application Easy to use and suitable for welding various metal materials, including galvanized parts, nickel‑plated parts, iron, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, etc. Works well even at relatively low temperatures for daily repair and small welding tasks.

Low-Temperature Solder Wire – Lighter Operation Guide

This low‑temperature flux‑cored solder wire is mainly used for repairing small metal

components.

1. Preparation

Thoroughly sand the welding area to remove paint, oxide film, and oil stains.

For thin wires, twist and fix the ends to avoid movement during welding.

2. Heating & Welding

Use a windproof lighter and heat the joint evenly with the outer flame.

Gently touch the heated area with the solder wire; it will melt automatically above 360°C.

Allow the molten solder to flow evenly into the gap to ensure full penetration.

3. Cooling & Finishing

Remove the lighter once welding is full, and keep the workpiece steady for natural cooling.

For faster cooling, lightly wipe the surrounding area with a wet towel.

No additional cleaning of residues is required afte
